Statistical Tests

Statistical Tests allow you to compare data and determine if the differences are significant. This is useful when you want to know if the differences between groups are due to chance or if they are real, and provide an objective way to measure the significance of the differences. Sphinx offers multiple statistical tests, including:

• Paired t-test
• Unpaired t-test
• 1-way ANOVA
• 2-way ANOVA
• Detect Outliers
• Correlation
• Mann-Whitney
• Z Factor
• Descriptive Statistics

You can add these tests to an Analysis using the “Analyze” option in the Analysis Toolbar.
