Our Inbox is a place for users to review work performed in the background by Metis, our AI agent. Any work that is in the Inbox is pending — meaning it will not show up in other parts of the Sphinx application until reviewed by a user.

Actions

Users will be presented with a list of reviewable work and can either Approve or Reject what Metis has done. Approval will cause the proposed item to be persisted into Sphinx’s system (e.g. saving a proposed Analysis). Rejection will cause the proposed item to NOT be persisted into Sphinx’s system. That item will not be accessible by any users.

Previous approvals or rejections can be seen by changing the Outcome Filter.

Types of Work

Currently, Metis will perform the following types of actions autonomously for review:

• Create Analysis (e.g. detecting outliers)
